Last summer we spent a week in the Basque Country. We stayed at Txindurri Iturri , a cider house located half an hour from the (amazing) city of San Sebastián, Alf surrounded by nature. Even in the middle of the Spanish summer, there was always a fresh spot around to escape the heat.
